Things to consider for your first class:
1. Go at your own Pace. If you have little to no previous training, or it has been a while do not worry about going 100% all out. Mainly focus on getting the techniques down.
2. Bring a Valid Photo ID. We respect the privacy of everyone who enters our academy, but we do check IDs.
3. Wear Comfortable Workout Wear (Socks Optional.) No shoes on the mats, socks work but may slip so please be aware of that.
4. Have fun! Keep an open mind to the training and have a good time.
